It is responsible, inter alia, for the recruitment and training of a new employee, motivation and the so-called well-being of employees, and the appropriate organizational culture. Therefore, let's follow how implementing these individual tasks makes the HR department the most important department in the company.

Never before has caring for the best talents been such an important task as it allowed to influence the company's dynamic development and put it on the right track. Thanks to the advancement of technology, one employee who skillfully uses his knowledge can complete the task even several times faster and more effectively than others. Moreover, by acquiring such exceptional employees, the HR department increases the company's competitiveness in the market. Thus, business success largely depends on recruiting the right talent.

Onboarding and training a new employee

Commitment to responsibilities is the bread and butter of the first weeks of work for most new hires. The task of HR is to design the onboarding program in such a way as to help it acclimatize to the new organization in this important period and to implement it as effectively as possible in the duties in a given position. A properly planned process will certainly have a positive impact on the work efficiency of new people and prevent possible downtime at work, which has an impact on business results.

Without it, line managers could at most shake the employee's hand in a gesture of appreciation after a properly completed task ;-).

Proper organizational culture

Employees in companies are often a veritable Tower of Babel built of people from different backgrounds, experiences and predispositions, interests and priorities, and ages. The HR department can effectively control these differences, and thanks to this, everything works smoothly. It is HR that takes care of the structure in the company and orders the relationships between individual employees. It is HR that introduces the rules that eliminate conflicts in the company; he reacts in problematic situations in which interpersonal relationships are important. Understanding everyone and ensuring the right work environment is a real challenge.

Working in a company, we often do not consider what factors and processes make it function properly. For example, we usually give all the merits for managing the company to managers and the board; we perceive sales successes as the merit of salespeople and a strong brand as the result of the work of the marketing department. Remember, however, that someone once had to bring these talents to the company and ensure that they had the right conditions for effective work, appropriate and modern HR tools, and a friendly work environment in which they want to work.
