If you need to reward your employees for some actions like:
- passing certification
- new employee recommendation
- creating video for social networks
- create articles for corporate blog
- etc.
you can create custom rewards:
Click on Add New Reward Button
Title - the reward's title
Price - the amount of points that will be added to employee's balance after approval.
Active- yes/no.
Reviewer - please add a person who will be notified about award request.
Description - add a description of an action.
Save
Newly created reward will be shown in the reward list for ALL employees.
