Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the elements of your plan that express what you want to achieve by when. They are the quantifiable, outcome-based statements you’ll use to measure if you’re on track to meet your goals or objectives. Good plans use 3-7 KPIs to manage and track the progress of their plan.
This is also can be used as hard-skills section if company doesn't use core values.
Open Settings=>Performance=>KPIs tab.
Click on enable button if you want to include this section in your performance review.

You can enable or disable employee's and/or manager's comments for this section.
Short Descriptions: add an information for your employees to explain them what is the purpose of this section.
KPIs items.
You can add your company KPIs (or hard skills) here.
Note: you can use different KPI for different departments. Because KPI for design department and development are different.
Some examples:
Project Delivery Time
Number of New Contracts Signed Per Period
Monthly Website Traffic
Rate value items.
You need to specify how do you want to assess the kpi/hard skills.
Example:
Bad = 0
Good = 1
Exellent = 2
Remember, the system should be simple to use for ALL your employees. So try to simplify it. Use simple numbers for Points Rate. It will be used for reports.
